Leon works on the Weber demonstration team and can be found cooking on Weber BBQs in garden centres up and down Ireland every weekend. Born in South Africa, cooking over fire is second nature to Leon.
A trained baker and bread maker, and the chief BBQ sauce cook in Great Northern Larder, Laura is passionate about baking over charcoal.
Never off the BBQ, and obsessed with smoke, Ruairi is big into flavours and textures. He loves using different woods, rubs, and sauces to achieve the perfect flavour on barbecued meat and veggies.
