AMERICAN basic Dry Rub, for marinating Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish and Vegetables.Â Apply a light coat to your meat and allow to set for an hour or more for most meats. Use this on an Expensive cut of Beef or Pork, to enhance the flavour... without changing it.
Flavour: Mild, No Chillis.
