Big Red

An original ‘Sweet-Heat’ rub.  This is our go-to flavouring.  Mild to no heat.  Use on poultry, pork & fish.  For a little twist use in mac & cheese.

Ingredients:

Dark brown sugar, sugar, smoked salt, onion, paprika, celery, oregano, Kashmiri chilli, mustard, white pepper, ginger, allspice cayenne.
