Candy Cajun Spice

A blend of spices, chillies, toasted cumin & a hit of Muscovado toffee flavour.  A medium heat with a mild warmth.  Use on fish, poultry, chicken wings & vegetables.  For a little twist on a classic try adding to salsa.

Ingredients:

Sea salt, brown sugar, sugar, paprika, black pepper, onion, white pepper, sage, coriander, thyme, cumin, oregano, ginger, cinnamon, mace, nutmeg.
