The essence/oils are encapsulated in the Maldon Flake Sea Salt crystals, maintaining the delicate fresh flavour. You can either marinate by coating the meat or use as your normal seasoning while cooking. The Flake adds another level to the dish, by adding a distinct crunchy texture.
This salt lifts and enhances your meal, as it has a very slight nutty flavour. Use on all meats & fish. In casseroles, and on vegetables.
