Raspberry & Chipotle Hot Sauce

Sweet & smoky hot Mexican style sauce.  Medium heat with a mild warmth, perfect with the Raspberry sweetness.

Ingredients:

Vinegar, cayenne pepper, raspberry, chipotle en adobo (chipotle peppers, tomato, salt, soybean oil), Rapeseed oil, sugar, garlic, sea salt, cornflour, Henderson's relish (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, caramel colour, sugar syrup, tamarinds, acetic acid, cayenne, cloves, sweetener - saccharin).
