Shawarma Llama Ding Dong

Lebanese kebab & Gyro spice rub.  A fragrant blend of herbs & spices with a zing of sumac.  Mild with little to no heat.  Use with lamb & poultry.  For a twist on a classic mix with houmous.

Ingredients:

paprika, cumin, garlic, allspice, sea salt, black pepper, sugar, fennel, sumac, cinnamon, cloves, cayenne, oregano, coriander, parsley.
